Describe a normal week
Before a first conversation, take a moment to think about a typical working day and a typical weekend. Notice meal timings, shopping, movement, commuting and the points where things feel rushed.
You do not need to tidy up your routine first. An accurate picture gives your coach something useful to work with, including the things that already work well.
Think about what you want more of
A goal can be a feeling or a practical change: feeling more confident in the gym, having a clearer plan for lunch or making training a regular part of your week.
If you have several goals, bring them all. The conversation can help decide what to start with and how you would recognise meaningful progress.
Bring questions and relevant context
Share any relevant health considerations, previous injuries, current professional advice and your experience with coaching. Let Daniel know which approaches you have enjoyed and which have felt unhelpful.
Ask about session format, communication, fees and availability. Coaching works best when the practical arrangements are clear and the approach feels like a good fit for you.
