Do I need to choose between nutrition and training?
No. You can focus on nutrition, training or both. Your first conversation with Daniel helps identify which approach makes the most sense for your goals and current routine.
Where is Daniel based?
Daniel is based at 192 Edgecliff Rd, Woollahra NSW 2025, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Local consultations are available by appointment only. Online coaching is available across Australia and internationally.
Is coaching suitable if I am starting from scratch?
Yes. You do not need to be fit, know your way around a gym or follow a particular eating pattern. Daniel starts with your experience, preferences and available time.
What happens after I enquire?

Does Daniel provide medical treatment?
